My Weight Loss Tracker was created to make it easier for people to track the things that matter for weight loss. Weight loss is determined by both how many calories you eat in a day and on how many calories your body burns in a day or your total daily energy expenditure (TDEE). As long as the amount of calories you eat each day is lower than your TDEE, you will lose weight.
My Weight Loss Tracker calculates your TDEE for you from daily calorie intake and daily weight measurements. These measurements can be recorded manually each day or imported using a third-party tracking service.
