How It Works

Using current age, weight, height, and activity level, we can estimate your TDEE using the Mifflin St Jeor Equation[1]. Based on your daily calorie goal we calculate your change in weight and TDEE with the assumption that one pound of fat loss requires a calorie deficit (calories burned > calories consumed) of 3500 calories.
